Return & Refund Policy – Bleach Bum Designs

Every Bleach Bum piece is one-of-one and hand-treated with care. Because of the custom nature of our products, we only accept returns in the following cases:

✅ Eligible Returns
- Order errors: If we sent the wrong item, size, or design.
- Damaged deliveries: If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of delivery at bleachbumdesigns@gmail.com.
  Please include photos of the damage and your order number.
  We’ll work with you to resolve the issue and may file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.

🚫 Non-Returnable Situations
- We do not accept returns for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse.
  Please refer to our Size Chart before placing your order.

💸 Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

📦 How to Start a Return
- Email us at bleachbumdesigns@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll reply with instructions and a return address.
